JEAH® is housed in the reknowned 111 8th Avenue Building in New York City. This full-block building is also home to Google, DigitalOcean, Nike, DE-CIX New York and The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. It features 24/7/365
armed, on-site security personnel, CCTV camera systems with 30-day retention, biometric and photo badge access authentication points, and Man Trap. It is the third-largest building in Manhattan, and is made from solid steel and
concrete.
The JEAH® datacenter draws power from 10 different city substations, ensuring a continuous and reliable power supply. It offers power protection and management using massive Liebert Precision power distribution units, UPS, and
gas generators. Temperature control comes from several 40-ton Liebert air-conditioning units, and fire protection from multiple early fire detection systems using HALON gas fire suppressant (which doesn't harm electronic
equipment).
The JEAH® network consists of multiple 1gbit (1000mbit) connections to our transit providers - including Level3, Cogent, TELX, and Zayo. There's active firewalling internally, and on our edge routers. We use only Cisco routing
components and are linked by 100mbps Category-5(e) wiring.
JEAH® servers run FreeBSD, the most stable and secure of the UNIX variants. Trust that your server is monitored 24/7/365 by network engineers and systems administrators with decades of experience.
