Overworld:

The game consists of three overworld screens: past, present, and future. Of course they are similar, but since we're talking centuries, there are some significant differences. The main dungeons are in the exact same spot in all three time periods, along with the town, class dungeon area, and continue screen.

The overworld is split into eight areas. Every area except Final has a time warp.
The Octorok Plains (Start and continue location), Sindral Desert, The Blighted Flatlands, Natimo Jungle, Calatia Mountain, The Wandering Islands, Eastern Denz Peak Lower (there is no peak upper in the game, it's just the last dungeon is not at the top of the mountain), Mouer-Denz Town (you can get here on the way to level 3, go as soon as you cross the river).

Where to go in order to get to the next dungeon is actually in game. Go to the help cave at the very start of the game in the present, and he will give you the correct directions, wherever you happen to be in the game. Use the whistle to get there quickly. The whistle sends you to a warp zone instead of cycling through the dungeons. I recommend saving inside the beaten dungeon, then whistling back to the help cave, and then (usually) quitting and retrying so you don't have to walk back to the dungeon.

There are a few options for maps, depending on how much information you want. First, you can choose between minimaps (which are the actual in-game mini-maps), and detailed maps (all are full resolution). Assuming you even want to look at a map, the labeled minimap is good for minimalists who are lost, the censored maps are best if you want to make full use of the walkthrough maps, and the full map is the best for post-game cleanup.
Blank Minimap - Image only, nothing identified. These are taken straight from in game (same as the above image).
Labeled Minimap - The starting location and seven main dungeon entrances are added in each time period.
Better Minimap - This includes the optional dungeons and time warps.
Blank Map - Image only, nothing identified, full resolution.
Labeled Map - The starting location and seven main dungeon entrances are added in each time period, but nothing else.
Better Map - This includes the optional dungeons and open shops.
Full Map - Everything in the overworld is labeled. Secrets be damned.
Censored Maps - It's the full world map, but with certain areas covered up. Choose what level you are on, and the associated map only shows screens that you can get to.
Town Maps - Just the town stuff. Look at the full maps unless you need more information.
